The last Estudio Savage contemporary craft project in collaboration with Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council, Abjad Design and Creative Dialogue presented at London Design Fair 2019. Inspired by Bernini’s legacy, we have synthesized the sensation of the glazes of his sculptures by dropping the leather over cylindric molds to create a technique of weightlessness. We no longer appreciate objects or material things as we used to making the -use and throw wheel- keep running. We want to give life to objects, give them soul so that we empathize with them as we do with living beings.
